Delivery area

We ship EISENHORN products to Switzerland and countries within the European Union (mainland).

We do not currently offer shipping to countries outside the EU and Switzerland. Ireland, Malta and all islands belonging to EU countries are currently excluded from shipping.

Import duties within the EU

There are no additional customs or import duties for orders to EU countries. The price stated in our online shop already includes all costs, including customs duties and VAT within the EU.

Shipping method

We value fast and efficient shipping of your EISENHORN products. All orders are shipped via our fulfilment service providers and delivered directly to your address by parcel service. Personal collection of orders is not possible.

Risk and delivery times

EISENHORN AG determines the shipping method and type of packaging. The benefits and risks of the products are transferred to you upon delivery.

The information on delivery times is approximate and generally non-binding. The exact delivery times depend on the product and the destination country and are displayed during the ordering process.
